Thank you for your interest in X-Carve Pro. We wanted to send an update regarding the timeline for being able to offer X-Carve Pro through Shopinventables.ca in Canada as we have had to adjust our anticipated delivery schedule a few times now.
Inventables is in the process of obtaining the required certifications for CSA and CE which will allow us to offer X-Carve Pro officially for sale in Canada. Unfortunately, this is not a fast process in normal times and given the current environment we are operating in, we are seeing additional lead times.
We are experiencing unprecedented delays across the supply chain, raw materials, components, production and global logistics. Currently our best case scenario is that we will complete certifications before the end of 2021 and be able to start shipping sometime in Q1 2022. This is of course, if everything goes smoothly during the certification process and no major adjustments are required.
We are seeing enormous disruptions across many industries and products and we are extremely grateful for your support as we navigate these challenges. Rest assured, we will continue to do everything in our power to keep you informed on the availability of the X-Carve Pro and shorten the time to being able to offer it for sale.
